Shipping

Charges: Free delivery on all HandcraftedSaree orders within India.

Processing: Dispatched within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.

Delivery: Typically arrives in 3–7 business days based on destination.

Tracking: Updates via email/SMS after dispatch.

Delays: HandcraftedSaree is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen events.

Lost/Damaged: Report within 7 days of receipt to support@handcraftedsaree.com.

Returns & Exchanges

Window: Request within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: Sarees must be unused, unwashed, and have original tags.

Eligibility:

• Exchange for style or color preferences.
• Refunds as store credit or to the original payment method.
• Full replacement for defective or incorrect items.

No Returns: Items labeled No Return/Exchange unless defective.

Reverse Pickup: Available in most pin codes. Otherwise, self-ship with return courier charges reimbursed up to ₹200.

Refunds

Processing: Issued within 1 business day after returned item inspection.

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method or as store credit.

COD Orders: Refunded as store credit only.
